Sample Day Tour

Sample 1 Day Tour from Edinburgh: Stirling area (8 hours approx.)

After pick up from your accommodation we pass the Kelpies which are the largest horse sculptures in the world  and make our way to Stirling Castle, sitting high on volcanic rock, you will see where some of the most important battles in Scottish history took place. We then make our way to the town of Callander where we will make a stop for lunch and then on to the medieval Doune Castle. We will also head on to Central Scotland’s only Red Kite feeding station where you can see these amazing  wild birds feeding and their spectacular flying. Some people are keen to experience Scotland’s water of life which you can do at the fascinating Deanston Distillery.  On our return to your accommodation we will make a trip to Linlithgow Palace where Mary Queen of Scots was born. This is a just a sample tour and unlike most tour companies, we can be completely flexible on your itinerary and timings, even on the day itself.
